Monday Curry Making Class

27/11/2023 @ 9:30 am - 1:30 pm AEST

Learn how to make a delicious traditional curry this month

at this fun cooking class with

experienced Tibetan chef  Jampa.

Our first cooking classes with Jampa were such a success, we plan to keep going every month – we’ll alternate making momos with making traditional curries.¬†

If you are someone who loves curry and fancies learning how to cook it yourself, then this class is made for you!

In this four-hour cooking class, you will:
Learn to make delicious, authentic, and hearty Tibetan food, practise Tibetan cooking techniques and enjoy eating your creations after class!

You will come away with knowledge on how to easily prepare your delicious curry dish. We hope this will then motivate you to add a wholesome, healthy Tibetan way of cooking to your home-cooked, fresh meals. This class is beginner-friendly, absolutely no experience is required! We hope this gives you the confidence to experiment with spices and meals that you can apply to your own kitchens!

This will be a vegetarian dish, but this class is not gluten-free. Please bring your own apron.

And you’ll receive free chai to enjoy while you learn!

About our instructor:

Jampa, our Momo and Curry Master, has his own restaurant in Forest Glen called “Jampa’s Spirit of Tibet” where he creates colourful and delectable culinary delights.

The price for this lovely cooking class – four hours long – is only $40 which includes all ingredients and equipment (except your apron).

Do register early – the class is limited to 10 people!
