Introduction to EFT Tapping: A Journey into Emotional Well-Being

17 February @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am AEST

About this exclusive online event:

As part of Chenrezig Institute’s continuing to look for new opportunities to provide education and support to our students, we are excited to be partnering with accredited EFT practitioner Sina Weber to offer this course of four Saturday morning one-hour classes over four weeks in February.

This series of four classes introduces you to the practice of EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and its positive impact on emotional well-being.

In these classes, you’ll gain insight into the basic principles of EFT and learn how to apply this technique to enhance your daily life. EFT, also known as “Tapping,” combines  ancient wisdom on acupressure and energy healing with modern approaches, involving gentle tapping with the fingers on specific body points while addressing emotional concerns.

The benefits of EFT Tapping include emotional balance, stress & anxiety reduction, self-awareness, relaxation, and improved resilience.

EFT Tapping is a simple yet effective method to shift your stress response and support you in emotional regulation. It helps you to remain mindful of your emotions without becoming entangled in them, leading to greater emotional resilience. Moreover, it cultivates a sense of safety within the body, offering a space for emotional exploration and a deeper connection to yourself.

These classes take place online and are open to everyone – no prior experience required.

Whether you’re looking to attend a single class or join all four, these EFT group classes offer a unique experience in each session.

Each class includes a short introduction to EFT, a guided practice, and an opportunity for questions and answers.
