Chenrezig Institute Women’s Retreat A weekend of rest, reflection and mindfulness for women who do too much: with Kate M Foster

Retreat Invitation:

Join Kate for a nourishing weekend of rest, reflection and mindfulness where you are invited to unwind and remember what truly matters in this life. You will be held in a safe and nourishing space nestled in the forest while being gently supported to reconnect with your own precious heart.

There will be many opportunities to exhale and care for your body, mind and spirit while you are guided through a variety of practices that heal and restore wellbeing.

Start each day with a gentle movement and mindfulness session. Learn new ways to support your unique nervous system and grow your self-kindness and self-care. Be nourished with mindful rituals including guided journaling, meditation, creative visioning and time in nature.

If you are feeling tired, pressured, or are longing for more peace and wellness, this is the retreat for you. No prior retreat experience is necessary. Each offering will be adjusted to accommodate your needs.

This Retreat will be held in person at Chenrezig Institute in our Wellbeing Centre which is located at the bottom of the hill. ​

Retreat Cost: $200.

Accommodation and meal packages: From $150

There are many simple accommodation options scattered throughout Chenrezig Institute ranging from Retreat Huts to shared rooms. We have intentionally kept costs low to make this nourishing retreat accessible to most budgets. Secure your place early.

    Yoga Mat

    Journal for writing and creating within

    Favourite pens/pencils

    a photo of you as a child

    a special item to place on our altar (this may be a keepsake, treasure, photo, feather, crystal or something altogether different).

Note: Please arrive at Chenrezig Institute with plenty of time to find your way around and settle in before our first session begins.

All participants are required to arrive quietly 15 minutes prior to the start of each session. Care and consideration around punctuality and time is crucial for this retreat.

Session Times  (arrive 15 minutes early)

Friday: 6.30-8pm

Saturday 8.45am – 5pm (with appropriate breaks)

Sunday 8.45am – 4pm (with appropriate breaks)

Meet Kate M Foster:  Kate is an Australian born Author, Yoga Teacher and Therapist who has been guiding others to courageously listen to and trust their own precious hearts for over two decades.The author of ‘An Invitation to Trust’ and 2 oracle card decks, Kate invites others to rest back into trust, kindness and peace through her Retreats, Workshops and teachings.  A perpetual student of life, she lives on the edge of Noosa National Park with her husband and 2 beautiful daughters. Her favourite things are quiet time at home, reading, writing, studying and spending time in nature.



The charge for this weekend retreat, held in person in our peaceful and beautiful Wellbeing Centre, is $200.
